Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased during a sale, at a discounted price, or using any promotional offer are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

However, we offer a one-time exchange for such items. A ₹180 exchange logistics charge will be borne by the customer. This charge covers the reverse pickup of the original item and shipping of the replacement item.

For items purchased at the regular price without any discount, sale, coupon, or promotional offer, eligible returns will be provided in the form of store credit, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Items must meet our return/exchange eligibility requirements and be returned in their original, unused condition with the original packaging.

For complete eligibility criteria, timelines, exclusions, and the return/exchange process, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy linked in the footer of our website.
